- First, wash the methi leaves then chopped it, now heat a pan add butter then add chopped methi leaves sauté for 5 to 7 minutes then keep it aside, now add water in a pan add chopped onions,



- Garlic, ginger, green chilies, bay leaf, black cardamom, cashews cooked it until onions and cashews becomes soft ounce done strain the water discard black cardamom and green chilies then cool it down completely,



- Now add beaten curd then make a fine paste, heat a pan add butter and oil add all the whole spices then add turmeric powder, red chili powder stir it, now add then cooked onion paste mixture cook it until oil comes out from the sides.



- Ounce done add blanched green peas, cooked methi leaves cooked it for few more minutes then switch off the flame add fresh cream stir it, serve this with naan, paratha, rice.
