- Marinate paneer with red chilli powder, besan, salt, curd.

- Deep fry the marinated panner.

- Heat oil and add cumin seed, cardomn, tejpatta, cloves.

- Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and saute it till oil Seprates.


- Then add kashmiri mirch powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, panner masala powder.

- Then add tomato puree or tomato ketchup. And white sesame paste. After that.. Add cream and saute it.



- Cook it untill the oil get Seprated add 1cup water and let it boil for 10min.



- Then add cubed shaped onions and panner and cook it for 6-7min.



- Then after panner tikka masala(PTM) is cooked put A small bowl in the container in which the PTM is placed. And add very hot coal. After that put 1tsp ghee on hot coal and cover the container so that coke smoke doesn't escape.



- After that serve PTM with rotis Or naam or parathas.
